GDL vertical multistage centrifugal pump is a new generation product designed and manufactured by our company based on the excellent pump types at home and abroad, in combination with the user's requirements and relevant fire standards, and in accordance with JB/TQ6435-92 standard. The vertical segmental external stainless steel shell structure is adopted, so that the inlet and outlet of the pump are on the same horizontal line with the same caliber, and can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It also focuses on the high pressure of multi-stage pumps, the small floor area of vertical pumps, and the convenient installation of pipeline pumps. The utility model has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, stable operation, etc., and the shaft seal adopts a wear-resistant mechanical seal, which has a long service life without leakage.

GDL vertical multistage centrifugal pump is suitable for conveying clear water or liquid with physical and chemical properties in high-pressure operation system, such as water supply for high-rise buildings, boiler water supply, fire protection system, etc. or for pipeline pressurization. GDLF pump is made of integral stainless steel (ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti), which is suitable for chemical, food, brewing, pharmaceutical, textile and other industries. Stainless steel 304 or 316L can be customized according to user requirements.

7. Installation method



(1) GDL vertical multistage centrifugal pump shall be installed vertically on the ground to ensure sufficient cold air enters the motor cooling fan.

(2) It is better to install anti-seismic fasteners on both sides of the pump and between the foundation and the pump body to minimize the possible noise generated by the pump.

(3) The specification and length of the pipeline used shall be suitable and have sufficient pressure bearing capacity to minimize the turning and accessories of the pipeline.

(4) It is recommended to install a filter screen at the pump inlet to prevent blockage.

(5) Sufficient maintenance space shall be reserved for the pump during installation to facilitate equipment maintenance in the later period.


8. Precautions


(1) Do not start the pump to check the rotation direction before the pump is filled with liquid.

(2) When checking the running direction of the motor, the coupling shall not be disassembled for inspection.

(3) Before the pump is started, the isolation valve on the suction side of the pump shall be fully opened and the isolation valve on the discharge side shall be almost closed.

(4) When starting the pump, let the pump vent by loosening the vent screw on the pump head until a steady flow of liquid flows out of the vent hole, and then tighten the vent screw.

10. Use needs


(1) Regularly check the pump performance (such as flow, lift, vibration, etc.) and make records. The maintenance items and the interval time between each maintenance depend on the working conditions and operating conditions of the pump.

(2) After the pump is started, do not close the discharge valve or close it for a long time, otherwise the liquid in the pump will overheat.

(3) When the pump stops, close the discharge valve of the pump to the minimum flow, but never close the suction valve of the pump.

(4) The medium conveyed by the pump shall not contain air or gas, otherwise, the flow and lift of the pump will not be measured accurately, and the parts will be damaged by grinding.

(5) The suction pipe of the pump shall be as short as possible, the pipe diameter shall be greater than or equal to the diameter of the suction inlet of the pump, and the bending radius of the suction pipe of the pump shall be as large as possible.
